Payment

• In the Nick of Time Premier Concierge Services are pre-paid, and packages offered are good for one month.
• We accept cash, local personal checks or secure online payment via PayPal.
• All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theatre tickets will need a deposit before services are begun.

Hours of Operation

• Business office hours are 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m., Monday – Friday.
• Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours.
• Services requested outside of normal business hours and/or on holidays will be subject to additional premium(s).

Services

• We request at least 24 hours notice for all services, however, if same day service, you may incur an additional fee.
• We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
• Service hours must be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused service hours will not be refunded or carried over.
• Fees are based on when we begin using our time for service requested. Our home base is south central Sarasota.
• Fees listed do not include any merchandise purchased or any goods charged by a third party vendor related to a client request.
• 1 hour minimum; billing will then be in 15 minute increments. Mileage is included up to 15 miles; $.45 per mile beyond the 15 miles.
• In the Nick of Time holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
• Mandatory pre-arrangement for any purchased beer, wine or liquor requests.
• In the Nick of Time reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
