In The Nick Of Time would like to welcome our new employee, Jody Hughes as our new Director of Business Administration and Development. Jody will be directing our new Virtual Assistant Program offering our clients simple/practical solutions for their small business needs.

We are excited about our new Virtual Assistant Program that will assist clients with Secretarial Services (Word Document, Faxing, Printing and Emailing Documents), Email Marketing, Mailing Lists, Data Entry, Database / Spreadsheet Design and Maintenance, Printing and Binding Documents, Power Point Presentations and all aspects of Human Resources.

After obtaining her Master’s Degree at the University of Central Florida, Jody worked in Organizational Development as a Business Finance/Accounting Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company.  Working directly with corporate Hiring Managers, CFO’s, and CEO’s she helped strategically place people in the right careers.  By providing collaboration, motivation and direction across teams in diverse and fast paced environments, she quickly advanced into a position as a Corporate Human Resources Manager.  With enthusiasm, she developed a high performance culture that emphasized empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.  Finding great enjoyment working with the staff, Jody developed a management training program called “Hiring, Training and Retaining” and “Organizational Clarity”.

Since moving to Florida in 2003, Jody has consulted with numerous small business owners providing a unique combination of virtual administrative, marketing and human resources support.  As a resident of Lakewood Ranch for 6 years, Jody is happily married and a proud mother of her beautiful twin boys. Taking pride in her ability to efficiently multitask, she also enjoys building long lasting relationships within the community and gives 100% in everything she does. She believes that through prayer, hard work, laughter and honesty all things are possible! Proposal in Paradise arranged by Nancy Wagner of In the Nick of Time

When Avon, Ind., resident Todd Williams decided to propose, he enlisted the assistance of Nancy Wagner and her In Nick of Time concierge service on Siesta Key to help him make some special arrangements. On Sunday afternoon, a plane based in Tampa flew past the Palm Bay Club on Siesta Public Beach with the objective of Williams’ Florida vacation clearly spelled out for girlfriend Jamie Pittman.
