We offer discounted
Al la Carte packages if you choose 5, 10 or
20 hours per month. This is a value-added savings
for our clients who use our services on a regular
basis.
PARTY PLANNING
Party planning packages are
available for our clients desiring assistance with
planning/shopping/set-up prior to your special event!
$300.00 for up to 15 total guests/4
hours
(additional time over 4 hours billed at $65.00 per hour)
$500.00 for 15 – 30 guests/4hours
(additional time over 4 hours billed at $65.00 per hour)

Home Wait - House Sitting
Service
Waiting at your home for an extended period of time

arrival of deliveries, contractors, vendors,

This service requires blocked time for our clients
and the following costs
apply:
Blocked times up to 4 hours @ $65.00 per hour
Minimum blocked time is 2 hours
Regular customers are extended discounts for
continued patronage.

Fuel Surcharge: Due
to the current escalating fuel costs, a $7.00
fuel charge will apply to each request. In
a measure to keep our service affordable
for everyone, we have not increased our concierge
fees at this time and are hopeful we can
remove the fuel charge in the near future. |
We accept service orders via telephone, email,
fax or web purchase.
In the Nick of Time Premier
Concierge Services are pre-paid, and packages offered
are good for one month. Service hours must be used
within 30 days of purchase. Unused service hours
will not be refunded or carried over.
- 1 hour minimum-; billing
will then be in 15 minute increments. Mileage
is included up to 15 miles; $.45 per mile beyond
the 15 miles.
- Fees are based on when
we begin using our time for service requested.
Our home base is south central Sarasota.
- We
request at least 24 hours notice for all services,
however, if same
day service, you may incur an additional fee.
- Fees listed do not
include any merchandise purchased, tolls, parking
fees or any goods charged by a third party
vendor related to a client request.
